This is a review which is definitely overdue.. First I want to say a huge thank you to the staff: Dimitris, Aristos, Voulla, Spiros and Nikos (and of course the cleaning team). Without any of these people our stay couldn’t have been as memorable as it is. You are all so caring and generous. No matter what the day was you never failed to make us laugh and smile. We learnt some new Greek words and phrases, card games, what a Freddo cappuccino was and Greek foods. Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for two weeks in August. Most definitely the most beautiful, hospitable and comfortable hotel I have ever experienced. The hotel has immaculate views regardless of where your room is. Everything is cleaned everyday (upon request), the pools are clean, the drinks and food are extremely tasteful. You are offered traditional drinks such as vodka coke, Hugo spritz and wines but also can get pinacolada, French martini, etc. The food is changed everyday offering incredible varieties and you even have the chance to meet the chef and understand more about the food. Me and my boyfriend were one of the youngest couples in the hotel at the time, but nonetheless we managed to make friends and experience more memories. There are two pools, one being described as quiet which it is relatively due to no dj booth and it being in front of most of the rooms. And the other pool, in front of the bar with the dj booth. Both just as enjoyable. They have sun decks and a small sea with a bay in the middle. At the front desk you are able to book boat trips and day trips to the old town. Alongside this, you can book for a spa (which is one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had yet) with the staff being super polite and welcoming. Everyday we had a chat with the staff and I feel as though we became more than just a customer. They bring fruit bowls in the day- small snacks are available during the periods between lunch and dinner. But also snacks can be bought from the shop by the main desk. It was a delight to stay there and I hope to return again one day. Thank you again to the team at Cabo, Isabelle and Ethan.

This was our second visit to this hotel. A first for us because we normally go somewhere different. But we were at this hotel last October as well. It is a fabulous hotel. We were greeted by Cristina on arrival. She is the most fantastic host and she is everywhere and sets the standard for looking after all the guests. I sincerely hope the owners of the hotel recognise her worth and the effort she puts in with her hospitality and charm. So many staff had returned to work at the hotel again for another long season. They work long days, but they are all so customer oriented and friendly. Checking you are ok, if you need anything and always smiling. George in the restaurant is one example of how good the staff ALL are. The hotel was once again spotless, thanks to the friendly cleaners. The pools are immaculate and the sea views amazing. They now have a pontoon just off the hotel, you can walk to it in the sea with lazy chairs on the deck. There is no evening entertainment advertised, despite that some reviews complain about there being none. There is a resident DJ in the early afternoon into early evening, then it’s the restaurants and pool bar. The food is plentiful, tasty and varied, no complaints from us. Plenty of hot and cold choices, salads, wine served lunchtime and evenings, beer and a good variety of cocktails. They are local brands, the staff make very boozy concoctions!! Some reviews complain about wasps, there is not much the hotel can do about that. It’s Greece, it’s hot and the wasps want a sugar hit. If you don’t bother them, they won’t bother you. The hotel is very secluded at the bottom end of Kavos. It takes about 15 minutes to walk back into Kavos, (quiet and closing down for the season in October) the party destination for youngsters in the summer. Kavos is a tired resort now, not surprisingly after 40+ years of young Brits. So head further north on the excursions for scenic resorts, pretty beaches and views. We hired a car this time so we could go off exploring. Car hire was a cheaper option from the airport on arrival for the whole duration rather than deals for a few days. Corfu is a beautiful island, very lush and green. We visited Paleokastritsa with its Monastery, small picturesque bay, bars and restaurants and the views over the bay are stunning. Old Corfu Town is absolutely worth a visit, it’s still busy in October. Lots of history, shops, boutiques, street food shops and restaurants. We navigated roads taking us Southwest from the North of Paleokastritsa so we stumbled across heights that gave us views of Pelekas beach. A very high coastal road, rather daunting but with beautiful views. We didn’t always get on with google maps, it seemed determined to send us through rat runs particularly around Corfu town. The roads are not always in good condition and often very narrow. We learnt the hard way to ignore the detours and stick to the main roads. The Greek Government needs to dig deep in its pockets to undertake some road infrastructure improvements for the inhabitants of Corfu, who would welcome it. Certainly when you take into account Corfu was the first Greek Island to see a huge influx of tourists. The government has neglected the South of the Island in particular. Embrace the roads as part of the Island’s charm, driving through some of the interior with the countless Olive trees and valleys with Cypress trees is worth it. A big thank you to Cristina who quickly tracked down a local dentist for my husband. Within two hours he was in receipt of antibiotics (it would have taken much longer in the UK!!) And a big thank you to everyone at Cabo Hotel who made it such a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Enjoy your slower pace of life until the next season.

Most amazing experience, the staff were all the best always making sure you have a drink and everything you need. Truely feels like more than just a hotel, food and drinks were amazing as-well will definitely return and would recommend!

My wife and I are just back from 10 nights at this lovely hotel. The panorama from this hotel is majestic looking across the sea to the mountains on Greece Mainland. The hotel itself is fantastic, the staff are amazing from the housekeepers through to bar staff, restaurant staff, chef's and the amazing manager Christina. Perfect for a relaxing holiday in wonderful surroundings and good food, highly recommend.

Visited Cabo 10-24 Sept Christina and the whole team running their daily tasks were amazing nothing to much, we had the best time and would definitely recommend ! Perfect place for a relaxing break with beautiful views, clean and tidy loved every minute take us back

This hotel was nothing short of fabulous. Every member of staff was beautiful and amazing and friendly. Nothing was any bother for them. They were very helpful and catered to every need. Extremely clean, spotless and well maintained. This place absolutely deserves 5 stars. It’s the best place I’ve stayed at in Greece. Special mention to Spiridoula & Dora, they were really great, friendly and welcoming. The rest of the team were also spot on to perfection, reception, pool bar & restaurant, as well as the friendly hotel management who always made conversation. The rooms were beautiful. Thanks for an amazing time.

We cannot recommend this hotel enough. We stayed here last week and have the most amazing time. The hotel is beautiful, immaculate and feels like luxury. We have stayed in other 5 * resorts in Greece previously including Domes resorts and this is on a par with that. The staff are what make this hotel, every single member of staff were friendly, helpful, professional and could not do enough to help. The Manager Christina is wonderful, always taking the time to chat and ask if everything is ok. I have never seen someone work so many hours, she is always there from morning til night ensuring everyone’s happiness. The hotel and our room were always immaculately cleaned every day. Our room had the most amazing view right out over the hotel, pools and sea (room 121) Food and drinks were fabulous. Lots of lovely choice and high quality. We haven’t been to a Vibe hotel before but loved the DJ in the afternoon. Also loved the pontoon with bean bags in the sea, such a different and fun idea. We cannot wait to return!

Amazing all round experience from the moment we arrived the service was excellent. Extremely attentive and a genuine care, both Spiridoula and Dora were fantastic at the à la carte dining and the hotel manager was incredible the entire holiday. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

This all inclusive hotel is stunning. We enjoyed our honeymoon here in September and loved every second. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the rooms were so lovely (also cleaned daily). The food was just something else!!! So much variety and so so delicious. Staff could not do enough for you they were so lovely and attentive. There was a DJ set everyday which was so fun. There are two pools one quiet one at the top and the one with the DJ at the bottom, it’s a really nice balance and if you do want some quiet time the pool at the top really is tranquil. We’ve also enjoyed a lovely massage as a treat. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! You will not be disappointed. The food was definitely the highlight. 🤌🏻😍

Corfu is truly breathtaking, but what made our 5-day stay so unforgettable was the hotel's wonderful staff 💫 . From the attentive service team, the DJs, and the friendly buffet waiters and waitresses, to the hardworking housekeepers 🤩 every single person here is so beautiful and welcoming. My daughter and I miss them all 😊 We miss the whole atmosphere ❤️ the sunny days and even the rainy ones. Every moment had its own special charm and elegance. Thank you Cabo hotel team for making our trip so special 💕 💖 🙏🏼

We stayed here for two weeks in September, a package holiday with Jet2.com flying from Liverpool. We were attracted to the hotel by the excellent reviews and the fact that it was not too big, 60 rooms, adult only and all inclusive. We were immediately impressed on arriving at the hotel despite it being about midnight, it was smart, stylish and the staff extremely helpful. We had booked a 'junior suite' and we were in Room 113, very comfortable, with everything you would want (which doesn't happen often). We had a fabulous view from our balcony over the pool to the sea. We could possibly have done with a bit more, or differently organised, storage but we managed fine. The room was restocked each day with whatever you need including milk for tea, there was a kettle and a Nespresso type coffee machine. Good selection of toiletries, Rituals, hand wash, hand and body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The wifi was great, food excellent. It is clear this is a very well run hotel and has been well designed and planned though there is only one lift, from Reception up to pool level. There are a lot of stairs so anyone with mobility issues would seriously struggle. Outside there are plenty of substantial and comfortable sunbeds and parasols. The one bar is at the lower 'activity' pool and that is very well run too, great staff and good selection of drinks. I thought the blueprint of this hotel could be used in a lot of places, they have got so much absolutely right and Christina, the manager, is absolutely on everything from morning to night. Things that could be better, but is possibly my personal subjective view is the menu in the 'a la carte' restaurant isn't very good, and doesn't change. The buffet food is far better. I also found the relentless piped music tiresome, and when it gets combined with the music from the DJ in the afternoon it is just unpleasant. There were times the DJ was playing loud hip hop music which was not what I thought the 'vibe' was - I thought it was relaxing chilled out sounds. I know some love it but I know others who don't like it as well. The 'vibe' to me is that there are no activities or entertainment, which was fine for us. We are not fans of cats (feral?) in restaurants from a hygiene point of view But overall it was a truly excellent hotel, many thanks for a very relaxing two weeks with mostly fabulous weather.

What a fantastic hotel! Spent a week here just as they were closing down for the season in October and what a fantastic break we had! We were both exhausted after a busy summer working and to be able to come here to totally switch off was just what we needed. The hotel is on the edge of the area called Kavos ( notorious years ago for its rowdy, unruly drunken holiday makers ) however this hotel was far enough away to not hear a thing. It is situated right on the edge of the south coast with undoubtedly the most stunning views. It is modern, spotlessly clean with staff who quite frankly cannot be bettered anywhere. The manager Christina is a true star she works tirelessly every day including in the restaurant and all over the hotel ( she never stops ) Peggy on reception assigned the best possible room for us. ( 407) George in the dining room was a true gem. Always smiling and totally polite. The pools were great and the various DJ’s they had at the lower pool were amazing. We’re in our 60’s and not once did we ever feel out of place or old!! in fact more people were over 50 than under !! The choice of bar drinks are great and if we had wanted to there were premium brands for an extra fee. Our room was superb with the sea lapping just below the spacious balcony. We loved swimming out to the pontoon and lying on the super comfy bean bag beds. The constant music playing was hypnotic, not at all annoying as I read on some reviews. The quiet pool at the top was virtually empty. I swam in both pools daily just on my own !! Food was great in both the buffet and the À la carte that we visited twice. Always something tasty to choose from. The moussaka was fab so was the souvlaki. Great salads every day and lots of fresh fruit. We can’t thank you enough dear Cabo. May you thrive into your third year and continue to give us hard working folks a total restful Holiday. Susan and Nigel

Amazing hotel, spotlessly clean, food and drink was amazing and well varied and the staff couldn’t do more for you. Highly recommend.

cabo is by far the best hotel i have ever visited, christina and her team are an asset to the hotel and made our experience 10 times better. if there is anything the staff can do for you they absolutely will go above and beyond. this is the first all inclusive where i have enjoyed meals, even for the pickiest eaters there is something to eat, the rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. i would say a bit of evening entertainment would be great but other than that i have no faults.

The Hotel Cabo is truely lovely and in a great location .. the staff are amazing. Christina's management of this hotel is outstanding and all of the team (a special mention for George, the 2 x Georgias, Theodora and Spiradoula) are so good at ensuring that everyone has the best experience possible .. it was so enjoyeable getting to know them a little! We booked a junior suite which was fantastic with amazing views over the sea towards the mainland. If you want to eat, drink and relax in gorgeous weather, and be impeccably well looked after during your stay, then book a holiday at this hotel .. you wont regret it!!

We loved our stay at Cabo!!!! My husband and I stayed for a week in September and honestly this hotel is everything it is because of super manager Cristina and her wonderful team of staff. You can't honestly come away saying you have complaints because cristina is everywhere, always asking how you slept Or how dinner was etc and checking in on you. This lady works absolutely tirelessly to make sure the hotel is running as it should be, and the rest of the staff are the same. The decor is just stunning and grounds kept beautifully. Food was lovely and varied, probably the best hotel buffet we've ever had (and we are foodies!). It wasn't always the warmest, but we did go at the end of the season when the hotel was quieter. Chef was always happy to make us a fresh omelette in the morning to order and the bread and cakes were so fresh! We loved the DJ in the afternoon, we knew already there was no evening entertainment which was fine, but maybe the DJ a couple nights a week or a singer would have created a beautiful atmosphere around the bar area. Drinks were great, cocktails were really good and a small detail but lovely glassware is always appreciated! They couldn't make anything off menu, but it's a new hotel and the menu had plenty so we weren't too bothered. Being totally picky, the only way to elevate it would be to have some form of bar at the top pool and/or table service around the pool to make it feel just that bit more luxurious. Go to this hotel knowing that the transfer is a little on the long side, and also that you're in Kavos which looks VERY different to this hotel!! But you feel a million miles away from it all even though it's a 10/15 min walk. We enjoyed going in to town a couple nights for karaoke and drinks and then returning to our little oasis. I've not stopped raving about this hotel and will continue to tell everyone!
