This place deserves much more attention because it truly offers a premium experience. The rooms were spacious, modern and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept very well. The pool area looked amazing and had plenty of comfortable sunbeds. Staff were always kind and attentive, making us feel welcome during the entire stay. We would absolutely recommend Unda to friends visiting Corfu.

The hospitality at Unda was genuinely impressive. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, welcoming and professional. The hotel itself is stunning with modern architecture, lovely lighting and very comfortable rooms.

We travel often around Greece and this was definitely one of our favorite hotel experiences recently. The design, cleanliness and overall atmosphere were excellent. The staff paid attention to small details that made our stay even better.

If you enjoy modern hotels with aesthetic interiors, you will probably love Unda. Every corner looked beautiful and well thought out. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and taking photos. Very clean and well maintained property.

Unda exceeded our expectations. The hotel is modern, peaceful and beautifully maintained. We especially enjoyed the comfortable sunbeds and the relaxing atmosphere around the pool. Perfect place to disconnect and enjoy Corfu.

Wir waren als Familie mit unserem Baby und unserem kleinen Chihuahua zu Gast und haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den hervorragenden Service. Das gesamte Personal – sei es in den Restaurants, an den Bars oder in anderen Bereichen des Hotels, war stets außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, dass einem jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen wird. Regelmäßig wurde nachgefragt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist, was wir als sehr wertschätzend empfunden haben. Auch am Pool war der Service erstklassig. Getränke und Speisen wurden direkt an die Liegen gebracht, und der Lifeguard war nicht nur sehr freundlich, sondern kümmerte sich aufmerksam um das Wohl der Gäste. Er achtete beispielsweise darauf, dass die Sonnenschirme optimal ausgerichtet waren und alle Gäste einen angenehmen Aufenthalt am Pool genießen konnten. Das Hotel selbst überzeugt mit einem modernen und stilvollen Boho-Design. Unser Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, komfortabel eingerichtet und lag direkt am Pool, eine perfekte Lage für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Umgebung ist eher ruhig, was für uns jedoch ein großer Pluspunkt war. Wer Erholung, Entspannung und exzellenten Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Wunderschönes Hotel mit außergewöhnlich herzlichem Service! Georgios scheint gefühlt 24 Stunden am Tag für die Gäste da zu sein und macht zusammen mit dem großartigen Team einen fantastischen Job. Die gepflegte Anlage, die Hundefreundlichkeit und die entspannte Atmosphäre haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einer echten Erholung gemacht. Einen kleinen Wunsch hätten wir allerdings noch: Der Strand dürfte gern etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bekommen. Die Natur hat dort stellenweise deutlich die Oberhand gewonnen, was das Barfußlaufen zu einer kleinen Abenteuerwanderung macht. Und unser Hund hätte sich sicher über eine tägliche Flasche Wasser als VIP-Gast gefreut. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Ruhe und Gelassenheit eines Adults-Only-Hotels. Umso überraschter waren wir, als im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts immer mehr Familien auftauchten. Die Stimmung wurde dadurch deutlich lebhafter – was für Familien sicher schön ist, für Erholungssuchende aber ein Stück des besonderen Charmes nimmt. Deshalb hoffen wir sehr, dass dieses Hotel auch künftig eine Oase für Erwachsene bleibt. Familienhotels gibt es auf Korfu schließlich schon reichlich – wirklich ruhige Rückzugsorte dagegen leider nicht. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder – vorausgesetzt, wir müssen unseren Liegestuhl nicht irgendwann mit einer Hüpfburg teilen. 😉

Ein wunderschönes Hotel für alle, die Ruhe, Erholung und Luxus suchen. Der perfekt gepflegte Garten mit Pool ist traumhaft und auch für Urlaub mit Hund sind die Zimmer mit Garten und Pool so toll. Hunde sind auch am Strand erlaubt. Besonders berührt hat uns die Herzlichkeit und der fast 24/7 Einsatz von Georgios mit einem so liebevollen Team. Ich kann sie gar nicht alle aufzählen… Aber Eric, Arnold, Marry und ein Pärchen und der Gärtner… einfach alle. Sie lesen einem quasi jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Tausend Dank nochmal. Man wird überall mit einem Lächeln empfangen. Auch unser Hund wurde von allen liebevoll behandelt und durfte sogar mit auf die Restaurantterrasse. Ein Bett, Näpfe und sogar Futter wurden bereitgestellt :-) Das leckere Buffet und vor allem die wunderbaren Menschen machen diesen Ort zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. ❤️ wir können es nur von Herzen empfehlen.

Das Hotel hat eine schöne, kleine, gepflegte Hotelanlage. Trotz AI und HP-Gästen muss aktuell kein AI-Armband getragen werden. Bei der geringen Anzahl an Gästen hat das überaus freundliche Personal, über die Zimmernummer, einen Überblick über die gebuchte Kategorie.

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen und ruhig. Mit seinen 32 Suiten sehr entspannt und familiär. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Aussenanlage wird sehr gepflegt und ist großzügig und schön angelegt.

We have just returned from an absolutely amazing and relaxing 10 night stay at the Restia Suites. Our suite was very spacious, spotlessly clean and exceptionally comfortable. We arrived at 11.45pm so a little late to grab a quick drink and any food as the bar closed at midnight, we were a little disappointed at the "welcome drink" which was just a small glass of lemonade and the "cold plate" in our room was just a small bowl of tuna pasta and a small bowl of shredded greens to share, sorry but some cold meats, cheese, olives and bread would have been much more welcome, the shredded greens were inedible. The shared transfer from Corfu airport in a minibus was a long and fairly unpleasant experience of 2 hours on some very winding and rough roads, not the Restia's problem we understand but something to consider, we were very uncomfortable and rather shook up by the time we arrived. However once we settled in and had a very good nights sleep we woke up refreshed and set about exploring the grounds, restaurant, pool, sunbeds, pool bar and beach area, we literally could not find a single fault over the next 10 days. The food on every occasion was EXCELLENT, the staff were always very polite, attentive, helpful and very very pleasant in every way. A taxi into Acharavi is 15 euros (a set fee) which we thought was a little high as the distance is only around 1.7km so literally just over 1 mile. We walked back at just after midday with the temperature at 28deg C even at our ages 67 & 68 with hip, foot and back issues it was actually a very pleasant walk and can also be done along the beach rather than the roads. We don't think the Restia Suites are listed as adults only but there is nothing here for children as far as we could see, no park or kids clubs. If you want a very pleasant, good quality and relaxing holiday the Restia Suites could be for you. We arrived on the 1st of June and for the first 3 days we were the only people in and around the pool (we are pool dwellers) so not high season but the development is fairly small so would never be over crowded.

We verbleven in de eerste week van juni 2026 op dit prachtige park en hebben een zeer positieve ervaring gehad. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook de bar en het restaurant zijn van hoog niveau: eten en drinken zijn ruim beschikbaar en de kwaliteit is uitstekend. Met persoonlijke wensen wordt bovendien goed rekening gehouden. Onze suite was van alle gemakken voorzien, met onder meer een privézwembad van 10 meter, een kingsize bed, een tweepersoons whirlpool en een stoom- en regendouche. Dat maakte het verblijf extra luxueus. De ligging aan het strand is ideaal. Je kunt gebruikmaken van de ligbedden van het resort, zo de zee in lopen en er liggen handdoeken voor je klaar. Bovendien worden drankjes zelfs naar je ligbed gebracht, wat het verblijf nog aangenamer maakt. Er waren ook enkele minpunten. De accommodatie is niet langer adult-only; dit beleid is aangepast. Omdat wij in december 2025 een adult-only verblijf hadden geboekt en hierover niet zijn geïnformeerd, kwam het als een verrassing dat er gezinnen met kinderen aanwezig waren. Zolang er geen kinderactiviteiten zijn, is dat voor ons nog acceptabel, maar anders zouden wij dit als storend ervaren. Positief: Uitstekende service, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, een luxe uitstraling, kleinschalig, een bar en restaurant van hoog niveau en een rustige ligging aan het strand. Minder: Het resort is niet meer adult-only en na zonsondergang waren er veel muggen, waardoor wij naar binnen gingen. Samenvattend is dit een luxe locatie met vriendelijk personeel en goede kwaliteit eten en drinken. Wij overwegen zeker om terug te komen. English translation: We stayed at this beautiful resort in the first week of June 2026 and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were also excellent: there was plenty of food and drink, and the quality was outstanding. They were also very accommodating when it came to personal requests. Our suite had every comfort you could wish for, including a private 10-metre pool, a king-size bed, a two-person whirlpool, and a steam and rain shower. It made the whole stay feel especially luxurious. The beachfront location is perfect. You can relax on the resort’s sunbeds, walk straight into the sea, and fresh towels are provided for you. Drinks are even brought to your sunbed, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. There were a few downsides as well. The resort is no longer adults-only, as the policy has changed. Since we had booked an adults-only stay in December 2025 and were never informed about this change, it came as quite a surprise to see families with children there. As long as there are no children’s activities, it is still manageable for us, but otherwise we would find it quite disruptive. Highlights: Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, a luxurious feel, an intimate setting, a high-quality bar and restaurant, and a peaceful beachfront location. Things to note: The resort is no longer adults-only, and after sunset there were quite a few mosquitoes, which meant we ended up going indoors. Overall, this is a luxurious place to stay with friendly staff and excellent food and drinks. We would definitely consider coming back. Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel (23 Suiten,). Zimmer sehr groß, private Pool groß mit Garten super. Alle Beschäftigten sehr sehr freundlich. Mitte Mai boch bocht ganz in Fahrt gekommen. Schon mal Kaffee vergessen, aber nicht schlimm. Evtl. Kaffemaschine zum selbst ziehen? Eierbecher fehlten. Sonst ein perfektes Hotel für entspannten , ruhigen Urlaub ( bitte Sdults only lassen, sonst ist der Flair weg). Danke an die Rezeptionsdamen, kompetent und herzliche.

The hotel looked great in every area I visited. It was clear that a lot of effort goes into keeping the property in excellent condition. Everything felt fresh and inviting.

Wir haben 14 Nächte im Restia Hotel verbracht und insgesamt eine schöne Zeit auf Korfu gehabt. Die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen, schön gestaltet und viele Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wahnsinnig große und tolle Privatpool und das Bett. Haben perfekt geschlafen. Leider gab es aber zu Beginn einige Punkte, die wir von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel so nicht erwartet hätten. Die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers entsprach bei Anreise nicht unseren Erwartungen und beim Erstbezug lag sogar noch die Zimmerkarte eines vorherigen Gastes mit Vor- und Nachnamen offen sichtbar im Zimmer. Auch die Zimmer selbst wirken mittlerweile deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Laut Management sind Renovierungen geplant, was aus unserer Sicht auch notwendig ist. Das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich, wirkte aber gerade in den ersten Tagen nicht immer so routiniert, wie wir es aus anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels kennen. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir den professionellen Umgang des Operation Managers mit unserer Kritik. Man nahm sich Zeit für unsere Anliegen und bemühte sich sichtbar um Verbesserungen. Auch das Essen war gut, hätte bei einem Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Sollte das Hotel die angekündigten Renovierungen umsetzen, würden wir einen erneuten Aufenthalt durchaus in Betracht ziehen. Im aktuellen Zustand würden wir uns vermutlich für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden.

My stay was exactly what I was looking for: a relaxing "drop and flop" holiday where the focus is on unwinding rather than sightseeing or nightlife. GUESTS: A mix including groups of women on girls' trips, mainly aged 35+, some younger couples (early 20s), and multigenerational family groups (over 18s only), a couple of groups of female friends (18-22) who I think were hoping for a livelier stay given its part of the Jet 2 "vibe" collection. LOCATION: If you're looking for bars, clubs, and plenty happening in the evenings, this isn't the destination for you, although the DJs from 2pm-6pm was great. It's not where I'd come for a girls party holiday. There is very little in Kavos itself which is really run down. You'd need to go to Corfu Town (2 hours via bus) for sightseeing and bars/nights out. There's a boat trip over to Paxos. FACILITIES: The hotel has some good touches that elevate the experience. The Rituals toiletries in the rooms, and the comfortable sunbeds make it easy to spend entire days by the pool or sea. The most sought-after sunbeds by the pool bar with the DJ tend to be claimed early, so it's worth getting up in good time if you have a preferred spot (some are taken pre 7am). STAFF: The service throughout my stay was great. Christina (the manageress), George and Voula seemed to be everywhere at once and worked tirelessly to ensure guests were looked after. They were consistently friendly, kind, efficient, and a real asset to the team, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. HOTEL SUGGESTIONS: There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. At check in, advising how to book the a la carte with the option to book. Showing you into your room with instructions on how to operate the fan, explaining the towel process. I only discovered later that much of the hotel's information is available through the TV, so a note directing guests to this would be useful.Small arrival touches such as face cloths along with the welcome drink could make the first impression feel even more special. ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE: You have to pay extra for bottles of water from the pool bar through the day, which based on my other 5* all inclusive experiences is disappointing. They do provide water for free from the mixer tap. Your fridge is only restocked twice during a week stay (excluding water) and the ramge of drinks in the fridge are limited versus other 5* hotels. I was also disappointed that mojitos and daiquiris are not on the cocktail list (first world problems!). FOOD: There's a range of different meat choices on the buffet each night, however it does become quite repetitive. The food is tasty, but a wider range/variety of options would be great. It would also be good to see the chefs behind the buffet. At breakfast, an omelette station would be a great addition. Food was never really that hot, it was usually just warm. The hot food choices do sit under hot lights, but not every dish has a lid. Overall, this is a peaceful and restful hotel with excellent staff, thoughtful service, and a relaxing atmosphere. For anyone seeking a genuine opportunity to switch off and recharge, it delivers exactly that.

Cabo war der letzte Stop unseres dreiwöchigen Corfu-Aufenthalts und es war perfekt. Das Hotel ist komplett neu, das Personal über die Maßen zuvorkommend und die Sauberkeit auf höchstem Niveau. Das Hotel ist ein einziges Highlight. Wir sind sehr dankbar und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Sehr empfehlenswert.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent everywhere, from the rooms to the common areas. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot days. Great service and very professional staff overall.

Amazing staff, lovely food and just beautiful hotel

We came as a couple and absolutely loved the romantic atmosphere around the hotel. Watching the sunset near the pool with music playing softly in the background was one of the best moments of our vacation. Everything felt easy and enjoyable.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in so far. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, there is nothing that they won't do to help you. The food is very good always something different everyday, and the drinks are also very good, ice cream and snacks all day. And a dj at the pool everyday playing chilled house tunes. I would highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely be booking again.

Me and my partner stayed in Cabo for 10 nights. The food is absolutely amazing! We ate more food than we have ever eaten before. Everything is super tasty. The staff honestly cannot do enough for you, they are so kind and complimentary. The only thing I found let it down is the music is quite loud until late(sometimes on until 12:30am) but there isn’t really anything happening entertainment wise, it’s just music playing to no one. We did go early in the season so we can’t hold it against the hotel. The rooms and the hotel are exceptionally clean and well kept. A recommendation I have is that if you’re going to stay here, maybe hire a car as the hotel is quite far away from other things like Corfu old town and the water park, and taxis can be quite expensive!

What a place.. We were greeted by Dimitris on arrival who was a joy & full of happiness throughout our stay, as were all the other staff. We had a great sea view room which was beautiful during sunset & sunrise. We didn’t use the top (quieter pool) as the lower pool is next to the bar & has a DJ from 2-6pm The whole resort is full of chilled vibes & is adults only so no kiddies running around. My only criticism would be that the buffet didn’t have a huge range of food but it wouldn’t put me off going back.
