Check-in was easy, the room was spacious and housekeeping did an excellent job. The hotel has a premium feeling but still feels relaxed and comfortable at the same time.

This hotel offers a very calm luxury experience without being pretentious. The pool area was elegant and never too noisy. Breakfast every morning was enjoyable and the staff always greeted us with a smile.

Schöne Anlage direkt am Meer. Zimmer stilvoll eingerichtet und geräumig. Service immer sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut. Schön wäre es, wenn es mehr vegetarische warme Gerichte geben würde. Die momentane Baustelle neben dem Hotel (Hotelanlage wird vergrößert) stört uns nicht.

After being at another hotel on the island for first part of holiday moving around the island I was hoping Unda was special, from the moment we arrived we felt special, the reception was super with a welcome drink, most staff are Greek and very friendly, explained there is work still on going next door, which does effect your holiday at all. Food is amazing good section of drinks. The room we had looked out to sea. Two things which would make this hotel better we was on All inclusive but if wanted to use mini fridge in room extra charge normally this is included and second not much room for your clothes as we was only here a couple of days wasn’t an issue as lived out of suitcase if stayed longer would have been a minor issue other than that amazing place. Will be on my list of places to come back to when finished

Unda was exactly what we wanted for a relaxing holiday. Quiet atmosphere, modern decoration and very clean facilities. The beach nearby was convenient and the pool area was one of the nicest we’ve seen in Greece. Would happily return.

The hotel feels modern and stylish without trying too hard. Our room was spotless and the pool area was beautiful, especially during sunset. Staff were friendly and always smiling. Great place for couples looking to relax in Corfu.

Die Anlage ist sehr Modern, schön und sauber, genauso wie die Zimmer. Das Personal war freundlich und die Cocktails sehr lecker. Das Essen war immer gut jedoch war die Auswahl etwas klein.

We verbleven in de eerste week van juni 2026 op dit prachtige park en hebben een zeer positieve ervaring gehad. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook de bar en het restaurant zijn van hoog niveau: eten en drinken zijn ruim beschikbaar en de kwaliteit is uitstekend. Met persoonlijke wensen wordt bovendien goed rekening gehouden. Onze suite was van alle gemakken voorzien, met onder meer een privézwembad van 10 meter, een kingsize bed, een tweepersoons whirlpool en een stoom- en regendouche. Dat maakte het verblijf extra luxueus. De ligging aan het strand is ideaal. Je kunt gebruikmaken van de ligbedden van het resort, zo de zee in lopen en er liggen handdoeken voor je klaar. Bovendien worden drankjes zelfs naar je ligbed gebracht, wat het verblijf nog aangenamer maakt. Er waren ook enkele minpunten. De accommodatie is niet langer adult-only; dit beleid is aangepast. Omdat wij in december 2025 een adult-only verblijf hadden geboekt en hierover niet zijn geïnformeerd, kwam het als een verrassing dat er gezinnen met kinderen aanwezig waren. Zolang er geen kinderactiviteiten zijn, is dat voor ons nog acceptabel, maar anders zouden wij dit als storend ervaren. Vanwege deze gebrekkige communicatie trek ik één ster af. Positief: Uitstekende service, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, een luxe uitstraling, kleinschalig, een bar en restaurant van hoog niveau en een rustige ligging aan het strand. Minder: Het resort is niet meer adult-only en na zonsondergang waren er veel muggen, waardoor wij naar binnen gingen. Samenvattend is dit een luxe locatie met vriendelijk personeel en goede kwaliteit eten en drinken. Wij overwegen zeker om terug te komen. English translation: We stayed at this beautiful resort in the first week of June 2026 and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were also excellent: there was plenty of food and drink, and the quality was outstanding. They were also very accommodating when it came to personal requests. Our suite had every comfort you could wish for, including a private 10-metre pool, a king-size bed, a two-person whirlpool, and a steam and rain shower. It made the whole stay feel especially luxurious. The beachfront location is perfect. You can relax on the resort’s sunbeds, walk straight into the sea, and fresh towels are provided for you. Drinks are even brought to your sunbed, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. There were a few downsides as well. The resort is no longer adults-only, as the policy has changed. Since we had booked an adults-only stay in December 2025 and were never informed about this change, it came as quite a surprise to see families with children there. As long as there are no children’s activities, it is still manageable for us, but otherwise we would find it quite disruptive. Because of this lack of communication, I am deducting one star. Highlights: Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, a luxurious feel, an intimate setting, a high-quality bar and restaurant, and a peaceful beachfront location. Things to note: The resort is no longer adults-only, and after sunset there were quite a few mosquitoes, which meant we ended up going indoors. Overall, this is a luxurious place to stay with friendly staff and excellent food and drinks. We would definitely consider coming back. The hotel looked great in every area I visited. It was clear that a lot of effort goes into keeping the property in excellent condition. Everything felt fresh and inviting.

Wir haben 14 Nächte im Restia Hotel verbracht und insgesamt eine schöne Zeit auf Korfu gehabt. Die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen, schön gestaltet und viele Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wahnsinnig große und tolle Privatpool und das Bett. Haben perfekt geschlafen. Leider gab es aber zu Beginn einige Punkte, die wir von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel so nicht erwartet hätten. Die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers entsprach bei Anreise nicht unseren Erwartungen und beim Erstbezug lag sogar noch die Zimmerkarte eines vorherigen Gastes mit Vor- und Nachnamen offen sichtbar im Zimmer. Auch die Zimmer selbst wirken mittlerweile deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Laut Management sind Renovierungen geplant, was aus unserer Sicht auch notwendig ist. Das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich, wirkte aber gerade in den ersten Tagen nicht immer so routiniert, wie wir es aus anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels kennen. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir den professionellen Umgang des Operation Managers mit unserer Kritik. Man nahm sich Zeit für unsere Anliegen und bemühte sich sichtbar um Verbesserungen. Auch das Essen war gut, hätte bei einem Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Sollte das Hotel die angekündigten Renovierungen umsetzen, würden wir einen erneuten Aufenthalt durchaus in Betracht ziehen. Im aktuellen Zustand würden wir uns vermutlich für eine andere Unterkunft entscheiden.

The team at Restia Suites made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was polite and helpful. The room was large, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Great balance of luxury and comfort.

The entire hotel feels peaceful and private. We enjoyed the quiet pool, comfortable sunbeds, and excellent service throughout our stay. The room had everything we needed and more. Definitely a place we would return to.

Everything was organized perfectly and the staff paid attention to every detail. The suite was spacious and extremely clean. We left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.

Restia Suites has such a beautiful design and relaxing energy. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. The pool area was spotless and the entire property felt very exclusive and quiet.

My stay was exactly what I was looking for: a relaxing "drop and flop" holiday where the focus is on unwinding rather than sightseeing or nightlife. GUESTS: A mix including groups of women on girls' trips, mainly aged 35+, some younger couples (early 20s), and multigenerational family groups (over 18s only), a couple of groups of female friends (18-22) who I think were hoping for a livelier stay given its part of the Jet 2 "vibe" collection. LOCATION: If you're looking for bars, clubs, and plenty happening in the evenings, this isn't the destination for you, although the DJs from 2pm-6pm was great. It's not where I'd come for a girls party holiday. There is very little in Kavos itself which is really run down. You'd need to go to Corfu Town (2 hours via bus) for sightseeing and bars/nights out. There's a boat trip over to Paxos. FACILITIES: The hotel has some good touches that elevate the experience. The Rituals toiletries in the rooms, and the comfortable sunbeds make it easy to spend entire days by the pool or sea. The most sought-after sunbeds by the pool bar with the DJ tend to be claimed early, so it's worth getting up in good time if you have a preferred spot (some are taken pre 7am). STAFF: The service throughout my stay was great. Christina (the manageress), George and Voula seemed to be everywhere at once and worked tirelessly to ensure guests were looked after. They were consistently friendly, kind, efficient, and a real asset to the team, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. HOTEL SUGGESTIONS: There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. At check in, advising how to book the a la carte with the option to book. Showing you into your room with instructions on how to operate the fan, explaining the towel process. I only discovered later that much of the hotel's information is available through the TV, so a note directing guests to this would be useful.Small arrival touches such as face cloths along with the welcome drink could make the first impression feel even more special. ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE: You have to pay extra for bottles of water from the pool bar through the day, which based on my other 5* all inclusive experiences is disappointing. They do provide water for free from the mixer tap. Your fridge is only restocked twice during a week stay (excluding water) and the ramge of drinks in the fridge are limited versus other 5* hotels. I was also disappointed that mojitos and daiquiris are not on the cocktail list (first world problems!). FOOD: There's a range of different meat choices on the buffet each night, however it does become quite repetitive. The food is tasty, but a wider range/variety of options would be great. It would also be good to see the chefs behind the buffet. At breakfast, an omelette station would be a great addition. Food was never really that hot, it was usually just warm. The hot food choices do sit under hot lights, but not every dish has a lid. Overall, this is a peaceful and restful hotel with excellent staff, thoughtful service, and a relaxing atmosphere. For anyone seeking a genuine opportunity to switch off and recharge, it delivers exactly that.

Cabo war der letzte Stop unseres dreiwöchigen Corfu-Aufenthalts und es war perfekt. Das Hotel ist komplett neu, das Personal über die Maßen zuvorkommend und die Sauberkeit auf höchstem Niveau. Das Hotel ist ein einziges Highlight. Wir sind sehr dankbar und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Sehr empfehlenswert.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent everywhere, from the rooms to the common areas. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot days. Great service and very professional staff overall.

Amazing staff, lovely food and just beautiful hotel

We came as a couple and absolutely loved the romantic atmosphere around the hotel. Watching the sunset near the pool with music playing softly in the background was one of the best moments of our vacation. Everything felt easy and enjoyable.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in so far. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, there is nothing that they won't do to help you. The food is very good always something different everyday, and the drinks are also very good, ice cream and snacks all day. And a dj at the pool everyday playing chilled house tunes. I would highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely be booking again.

Me and my partner stayed in Cabo for 10 nights. The food is absolutely amazing! We ate more food than we have ever eaten before. Everything is super tasty. The staff honestly cannot do enough for you, they are so kind and complimentary. The only thing I found let it down is the music is quite loud until late(sometimes on until 12:30am) but there isn’t really anything happening entertainment wise, it’s just music playing to no one. We did go early in the season so we can’t hold it against the hotel. The rooms and the hotel are exceptionally clean and well kept. A recommendation I have is that if you’re going to stay here, maybe hire a car as the hotel is quite far away from other things like Corfu old town and the water park, and taxis can be quite expensive!

What a place.. We were greeted by Dimitris on arrival who was a joy & full of happiness throughout our stay, as were all the other staff. We had a great sea view room which was beautiful during sunset & sunrise. We didn’t use the top (quieter pool) as the lower pool is next to the bar & has a DJ from 2-6pm The whole resort is full of chilled vibes & is adults only so no kiddies running around. My only criticism would be that the buffet didn’t have a huge range of food but it wouldn’t put me off going back.

Just returned from an absolutely gorgeous week at Cabo. Me and my boyfriend booked this for a relaxing all inclusive summer holiday and it is safe to say we were not one bit disappointed. The pros: - Exceptional service from the super friendly and attentive staff is what really stands out, noting a few staff member such as George, Voula and the bar staff where no ask was too much. Cristina the hotel manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. - The aesthetics of the hotel was unbelievable with lovely boho interior and two great pools overlooking the sea - The À la cart restaurant which overlooks the whole hotel and has amazing food - Amazing value for what you pay The only improvement would be if the DJs played into the evening rather than just during the day, however as it is only situated round one pool you can avoid this in the day at the ‘chill’ pool :)
