A New Chapter for Restia 2027 Renovation

In 2027, Restia will enter a new era through a comprehensive reconstruction and expansion that will redefine the property as a contemporary five star destination. The redevelopment goes beyond a standard renovation, introducing upgraded infrastructure, enhanced facilities, and a renewed architectural identity aligned with modern luxury standards.

Upon completion, the resort will feature a total of 130 guest rooms and suites, alongside new dining concepts, expanded leisure areas, and fully integrated wellness facilities. The new Restia is designed to operate as a complete resort ecosystem, balancing privacy, comfort, gastronomy, and lifestyle within a cohesive and elevated hospitality environment.

130 Contemporary Rooms and Suites

Following the 2027 renovation, the accommodation offering will comprise 130 newly designed guest rooms and suites, thoughtfully developed to reflect modern aesthetics, generous layouts, and seamless indoor outdoor living.

The room portfolio will include Deluxe Double Rooms, Junior Suites, and Premium Suites, available in Side Sea View and Sea View categories, as well as enhanced options featuring Swim Up access and Private Pools. Select Premium Suites will also offer private hot tubs, further elevating the sense of exclusivity and comfort.

Each category will combine privacy, functionality, and understated luxury, fully aligned with the renewed identity and five star positioning of Restia.
